The NCNA party, a.k.a the G.O.P., a.k.a. the party of the big inclusive tent ;) a.k.a. the party of Lincoln (140 years ago), or just plain a.k.a. Republicans, are going through their re-branding.
I'm currently on the verge of a great adventure...off to the EU for a bit of transparency and fresh air; it will be my third time there as well as my longest time there. I love the Riechtag in Berlin with the glass dome that sits atop it and where everyone can peer down into the building upon open government. Imagine that...what a concept...it's so refreshing.
It's well known...it went through its period where it got burned down and someone took full advantage of the situation for their own political gain...sound familiar? Funny how history can just go on repeating itself...maybe some day in the scar of the WTC we'll have a shining example of such transparency...it'll take hard work.
I'll be flying into Amsterdam next week and then taking the Deutsche Bahn to Berlin where I'll be staying at Manuela's place in the Ku'damm (short for the Kurfuerstendamm)...walking distance to the Tiergarten. I'll be visitng with fellow codas and working on becoming more fluent with the German language.
